Star Tribune: The Minnesota Senate has voted 37-30 to legalize same-sex marriage. The vote took place on the heels of a vote last week in the House. The measure now moves to Gov. Mark Dayton, who sign it in a ceremony at 5 p.m. Tuesday. Once it is signed, Minnesota will become the twelfth state to legalize same sex-marriage.
YAAAAAAYYY
Aww, they’re legalizing same-sex marriage in another state for Hannah’s birthday! What a thoughtful gift.
Thank you, Minnesota House, Minnesota Senate, and Gov. Mark Dayton!
I never really got if the film was making fun of the mother character for this opinion, because I really respect it. My family said I was allowed to do anything, but explained the pros and cons, then said that if I was going to, to either do it at home, or keep them in the loop so I could be safe. I really respected that, because they respected me, and I was able to make informed decisions.
Yes! Thank you! And it’s honestly unnerving when people judge parents who let their children drink, or teach them how to drink. Because it’s so much better to get so wasted you puke all over yourself and everyone present and then pass out so everyone around you has a panic attack over what your parents will say/do if they find out so everyone’s party is ruined because they’re busy worrying about you.
My Mom let me sample when she hosted get togethers/holiday parties at our house if I asked what things tasted like. I thought it was really responsible of her to let both me and my sister get introduced to it in a controlled, safe environment.
